Qualification is the work of providing objective evidence that we have the knowledge and the skills we need to perform specific duties that are part of our jobs.

Job roles have been broken down into major duties performed in that role. Everyone at PDS is qualified to do their job, but qualification is designed to ensure that an employee is qualified to do each individual duty associated with that role.
